Dr. Solly was born and raised in Miami, Florida, where he met his wife Candy. They have two children, Christy and Jennifer. He graduated from Florida International University in Miami with a Bachelor's Degree in Biology. He attended Emory University School of Dentistry in Atlanta, Georgia and did post-graduate studies at The University of Tennessee here in Knoxville. Dr. Solly enjoys tennis, racquetball and sailing. He dabbles in amateur photography and is known to make a home movie now and again. He is a member of Salem Baptist Church in Halls Crossroads. Candy is a dental hygienist . She is also a Longaberger Basket Consultant. Christy is in a physical therapist currently working at Patricia Neal. She is a former cheerleader for the Lady Vols. GO VOLS! Jennifer is a Dental Hygienist and works for Dr. Solly.
